A Typical Day

Work Environment: Mix of office desk work and moving around the building (or between sites for field roles). Fast-paced when systems go down. Often the most visible team when things break.
Shift Patterns: Mostly business hours (8am–5pm). Some managed-service providers run shifts or on-call rotations for 24/7 clients.
