Essential
- 2+ years call centre experience
- Proven track record of exceeding targets

A Typical Day
Monitor real-time agent performance
Conduct coaching and feedback sessions
Handle escalated customer complaints
Report on daily KPIs to management
Manage agent schedules and attendance
Work Environment: On the floor with agents. Mix of desk work (reporting) and walking the floor (coaching). High-pressure environment.
Shift Patterns: Must cover agent shifts — including nights and weekends on rotation. Typically 45-hour week.
