Sixty60 drivers earn per delivery plus a base, with top earners making R8,000–R15,000/month.

The Retail Readiness Programme (RRP) is a structured 7-week training programme for young South Africans aged 18–35 with a Matric certificate. It combines classroom theory and in-store practical experience. Participants are paid a stipend during training. Successful graduates are placed into permanent positions within the Shoprite Group.
