About This Role: Picker / Packer
Work in e-commerce fulfilment centres, retail warehouses, or distribution hubs. Pick orders from shelves and pack them for delivery.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Picking items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Packing orders accurately and securely for shipping.
- Scanning barcodes and updating inventory systems.
- Sorting and staging packed orders by delivery route.
- Maintaining accuracy targets and speed benchmarks.
Requirements
- Physically fit — on your feet all day
- Attention to detail to avoid mis-picks
- Basic literacy and numeracy
- Ability to work in cold storage environments (some roles)
Working Hours
06:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 22:00 (shift rotation). Peak season overtime available.
Salary Range
R4,800 – R6,500 per month
