Do I need experience in recruitment?
No. You just need to know people who are looking for work. ShiftMate handles all the matching, contracts, and payments.
How do I get paid?
Commission is paid weekly via EFT to your bank account. You can track all your earnings in the Introducer dashboard.
Is there a limit to how many people I can introduce?
No limit. The more quality workers you introduce, the more you earn. Some introducers have networks of 100+ workers.
What if a worker I introduce doesn't get hired?
You only earn when a placement is successful. But good workers get matched quickly — most complete their first trial within 2 weeks.
Can I be both a Shifter and an Introducer?
