What the work may be like
Shoprite and Checkers stores run at a pace that surprises most first-timers. You are on your feet for 8+ hours, you lift and carry stock, you process hundreds of customer transactions, and you do it all to tight accuracy and speed standards.
Month-end weekends reach maximum customer volume with extended hours simultaneously. December is a six-week endurance run.
