- Occupational health nursing diploma
- SANC registration with additional qualification
- OHSA knowledge
- Driver's licence

A Typical Day
Conduct pre-employment and annual medical examinations
Manage workplace injury cases and reporting (WCA)
Run employee wellness programmes
Perform audiometry and spirometry testing
Ensure OHSA compliance and manage clinic operations
Work Environment: Corporate clinic or industrial site clinic. Clean, professional. Monday–Friday mostly. Some mining/industrial sites may be remote.
Shift Patterns: Mostly standard business hours (8am–5pm weekdays). Industrial sites may require shift coverage. No weekends typically.
