ShiftMate is recruiting Telco Upgrades Customer Support Agents to work in a contact centre in Umhlanga, Durban. You support customers across calls, email and chat, resolving queries, updating records and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. About the campaign: Upgrade campaigns contact existing contract customers who qualify for a new device or a better package. What you will do: • Respond to customers by phone, email and live chat • Resolve queries, update customer records and process routine requests • Escalate complex cases to the right team and track them to the end • Write clear, polite messages in good English • Meet reply-time and quality targets • Process upgrade orders, delivery queries and contract paperwork What you get: • R6 500 basic salary per month, plus performance bonuses and commission • Training before you take live calls • A permanent, full-time role in a professional contact centre Where: Umhlanga, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
