<p>This role is based at our outbound contact centre in Umhlanga Ridge, Durban. You'll join a high-performing team focused on upgrades across mobile and data packages, and you'll be supported by training, coaching, and a performance culture that recognises results.</p>

<h3>What You'll Be Doing</h3>

<li>Contact existing mobile subscribers to present upgrade opportunities on their devices or data plans</li>
<li>Assess current package usage and recommend suitable upgrades</li>
<li>Close upgrade contracts compliantly and accurately</li>
<li>Achieve or exceed your monthly upgrade and revenue targets</li>
<li>Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all customer interactions</li>
<li>Stay up to date on the latest device launches and package promotions</li>

<h3>Your Monthly Package</h3>

• Minimum 6 months of recent outbound telesales experience upgrading mobile or data packages (essential)
• Local South African telco industry experience (essential)
• Sound understanding of contract upgrades, handset offerings, and data bundle structures
• Clear criminal record
• Proven outbound sales or upgrade track record
• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Quick product learner — can absorb latest device ranges, data package structures, and promotions rapidly
• Natural upgrade instinct — spots opportunities to move customers to better-value contracts and acts on them
• Strong target discipline — consistent call volume and conversion rate throughout the month
• Comfortable processing upgrade contracts accurately and efficiently while maintaining high call quality
