International Technical Support Agent (Broadband)

You help customers get their devices and connections working again, talking them through troubleshooting step by step. About the campaign: International internet campaigns sell and support home broadband and fibre services for customers overseas. What you will do: • Take inbound calls and chats from customers with connection, device or account problems • Diagnose the problem and guide the customer through troubleshooting steps • Log faults accurately and escalate network or hardware issues to the right team • Explain technical things in simple language • Meet first-call resolution and quality targets • Troubleshoot home broadband and Wi-Fi problems with international customers What you get: • R6 500 basic salary per month, plus performance bonuses and commission • Training before you take live calls • A permanent, full-time role in a professional contact centre Where: Cape Town, Western Cape.
