Warehouse Manager

Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who can keep things moving when everything changes at once? The Bespoke Amenities Co. (TBAC) is a proudly South African, entrepreneurial manufacturing business supplying guest amenities to hotels, lodges, guest houses and other hospitality businesses. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team and keep the flow between Sales, Production, Warehouse and Dispatch running smoothly. This is a hands-on people and operations role. If you are looking for a highly automated warehouse where systems and scanners do most of the work, this is probably not the role for you. Our warehouse is largely manual. Success here depends on good people, good communication, accurate stock, strong organisation and the ability to make sensible decisions when priorities change. We need more than someone who has simply held the title Warehouse Manager. We are looking for a well-rounded leader who can manage people, stock, customers, deadlines and changing priorities without becoming overwhelmed. Requirements • Proven experience in warehouse management or warehouse supervision. • Proven experience managing and leading a team. • Strong stock-control and inventory experience. • Experience with picking, packing and dispatch. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure. • Good computer literacy. • A practical, hands-on approach. Advantageous: • Manufacturing or FMCG experience. • Experience working closely with Production and Sales. • Experience in cosmetics, hospitality supply or a similar environment. • ISO/GMP experience.
