Outbound Sales Agent

This is one of the most financially rewarding roles in the contact centre industry. You are selling over the phone to people who did not call you — your ability to build rapport in 30 seconds and close with confidence is everything. What You Will Do: • Make outbound sales calls to warm and cold prospect lists • Open calls professionally, obtain consent, and present products clearly • Qualify prospects against eligibility criteria before proceeding with a sale • Handle objections using knowledge-based techniques — not pressure tactics • Complete a full verbal disclosure and welcome script on every sale • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales conversion targets • Maintain full CPA, POPIA, and TCF compliance on every call What You Bring: • Matric / Grade 12 (essential) • Minimum 1 year outbound sales experience in a contact centre (not face-to-face) • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Professional, persuasive telephone manner in English Advantageous: Experience selling financial services or insurance; RE5 or NQF Level 4 Sales qualification What We Offer: • R7,500 – R9,000 basic + commission R5,000 – R18,000 per month (top performers) • Uncapped commission structure — your earnings are directly in your control • FAIS regulatory exam support for eligible candidates • ShiftMate Verified Assessment required — BPO Layer 1 Screener + Layer 2 Outbound Sales Knowledge Verification
