Funeral Cover Sales Agent

ShiftMate is recruiting Funeral Cover Sales Agents to work in a contact centre in Umhlanga, Durban. You call customers who have shown interest or are existing clients, explain the product clearly and help them decide whether it is right for them. About the campaign: Funeral cover pays out quickly when a covered family member passes away, so the family can afford a dignified funeral without going into debt. What you will do: • Make outbound calls to warm leads and existing customers from the dialler • Explain the product, benefits and costs in plain language • Handle questions and objections honestly and respectfully • Complete the sale accurately on the system, including the required compliance script • Meet daily call, quality and sales targets • Explain funeral plan options and help customers choose the right members and cover amount What you get: • R6 500 basic salary per month, plus performance bonuses and commission • Training before you take live calls • A permanent, full-time role in a professional contact centre Where: Umhlanga, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
